Guides · Reciprocity
Reciprocity maps usually show you the doors. This page is about the two walls: Indiana and Georgia, where the endorsement list is empty by policy.
Indiana's Plumbing Commission takes the position that an out-of-state license is an application input, not a credential: journeyman applicants qualify through a 4-year apprenticeship program or on an out-of-state license as an experience route — and then sit Indiana's exam (administered through ICC/ProV, with up to 7 attempts inside 2 years). Your license shortens nothing except the argument about your experience.
Georgia's Construction Industry Licensing Board licenses journeymen and masters by examination. Out-of-state licenses are not endorsed; the exam route is the route.
Budget the exam, not the endorsement: application timing, exam scheduling, and the documentation of your experience (which the board still weighs). And do not let a course seller sell you “reciprocity processing” for a state with no reciprocity to process — the errand does not exist.
Check any pair in the reciprocity checker.
